Reliabilytics started on a warehouse floor, watching a maintenance team run a multi-million-pound automated fulfilment operation from a spreadsheet. The OEM manuals — the documents that say exactly how to keep every machine alive — sat in a drawer. Not because the team didn't care, but because no one has time to turn 300 pages of PDF into a maintenance plan.

So we made the software do it. Upload the manual, and AI extracts every service interval, procedure and part into a live PM programme. That one idea — the manual is the maintenance plan — is still the core of the product.

Everything since has followed the same rule: remove the step where good intentions die. Floor staff report faults by scanning a QR code, because nobody fills in forms. Compliance checks become work orders automatically, because statutory deadlines shouldn't depend on someone remembering. Sensors raise the work order before the bearing fails, because the machine knew first.

Today Reliabilytics runs maintenance for automated operations across North America, Europe and APAC — warehouses, factories, food plants, airports. The equipment changes; the problem doesn't.
