Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Reliabilytics website and platform, provided by Reliabilytics Limited, registered in England and Wales (Company No. XX).

Last updated: 18 July 2026

1. The service

Reliabilytics is a cloud maintenance-management platform. We offer a free-of-charge plan with usage limits ("Free Plan"), and one or more paid subscription plans (each a "Paid Plan"), as described on our pricing page. Paid Plans are billed on a per-user, per-month or annual basis. We may improve or modify features over time; we will not materially degrade the core service during a paid term.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of data you upload. You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting unauthorised access, reselling without agreement, uploading unlawful content, or using the service to infringe others' rights.

3. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you upload. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. On termination you may export your data; we delete it after a reasonable wind-down period.

4. Fees and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed per user per month (or annually where agreed). You may cancel at any time; service continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Price changes take effect at your next renewal with at least 30 days' notice.

5. Important notice — maintenance decisions

Reliabilytics supports your maintenance operation; it does not replace professional engineering judgement. AI-generated outputs (including extracted maintenance schedules and assistant responses) should be reviewed by a competent person before being relied on. You remain responsible for statutory compliance, safety decisions and the maintenance of your equipment.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of data caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

7. General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with the courts of England and Wales having exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. We may update these terms with notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
