The questions maintenance teams actually ask before choosing a CMMS.

What is Reliabilytics?+

Reliabilytics is an AI-powered CMMS (computerised maintenance management system) built for automated operations — warehouses, factories, food plants, airports and more. Its signature capability is reading your OEM equipment manuals with AI and building your entire preventive-maintenance programme automatically.

How long does setup take?+

Hours, not months. Bulk-import assets from CSV, then upload your OEM manuals — the AI extracts service intervals, procedures and parts into live PM schedules. Most teams onboard 100 assets in an afternoon. Traditional CMMS implementations stall at exactly this step; removing it is the point.

How accurate is the AI manual extraction?+

Every extraction is presented as a reviewable schedule with a confidence score before anything goes live — you approve tasks with one click and can edit any line. The AI reads intervals, procedures, torque specs, lubricants and part numbers from multi-hundred-page PDFs, including large scanned documents.

What if I don't have my OEM manuals?+

Give us the OEM's name and your project or purchase-order number. As long as they can match that number to the equipment they supplied you, we contact the manufacturer directly, obtain the technical documentation on your behalf, then run our AI extraction and load the resulting PM schedule into your account in the background — so you get the same complete maintenance programme without ever having to track down a PDF yourself.

What does Reliabilytics cost?+

One flat price — £250 per month for your whole organisation (also billed in EUR, USD and a handful of other currencies). It is not priced per user: every person on your team is included, however many you invite. There is no free tier and no trial. That single price is the full CMMS: AI document extraction, predictive analytics, the AI assistant, API access, unlimited sites, assets and work orders, plus unlimited free fault reporters so your whole floor can report issues too. See the pricing section on our homepage for current figures.

Do I need to buy IoT sensors to use condition monitoring?+

No. Condition monitoring accepts data from three sources: affordable bolt-on sensors (vibration/temperature from around £45 per point), telemetry your PLCs, drives and SCADA already produce, or manual readings. Many customers start by streaming existing equipment data at zero hardware cost.

Can floor staff report faults without a licence?+

Yes — unlimited, free. Operators scan a QR code on the machine and submit a fault report in seconds with no login. Reports land in a triage queue where maintenance converts them into prioritised work orders.

How does Reliabilytics handle safety and compliance?+

Statutory checks — e-stop tests, guard interlocks, isolation (LOTO) audits, lifting-equipment examinations — are registered once with their frequency, then generate highlighted Safety work orders automatically as they come due. Every completion is timestamped with evidence, and audit packs export in one click.

Does it integrate with our finance system?+

Yes. Spare-parts purchase orders, parts spend and cost-per-asset sync with Oracle NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP. Notifications integrate with Microsoft Teams and Slack, and Standard includes API access for anything custom.

Is our data secure?+

Data is hosted on enterprise cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, and GDPR-compliant handling for UK/EU customers. Your manuals and maintenance records remain your data.

What equipment does it support?+

Anything with an OEM manual. It is strongest where it was born — warehouse automation (pallet shuttles, conveyors, sortation, AS/RS, palletisers, AMRs) — and used across manufacturing, food & beverage, automotive, pharmaceutical, aviation and utilities.

Can I try it before buying?+

Yes — the live demo is the full product with sample data and no signup required. It is the fastest way to see how the platform works before subscribing. The most convincing test is watching how AI manual extraction handles one of your own equipment manuals, which you can do once you subscribe to Standard.

How is Reliabilytics different from MaintainX, Limble or Fiix?+

Three ways. First, AI manual extraction: competitors give you an empty system to fill in; Reliabilytics fills it from your manuals. Second, depth in automated equipment: templates, fault patterns and monitoring for intralogistics and production automation. Third, honest operational reporting: completion rates, preventive-vs-reactive and availability — not vanity savings figures.
