Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Reliabilytics Limited ("Reliabilytics", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use our website and platform.
Last updated: 8 July 2026
1. Who we are
Reliabilytics Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. XX). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website, and a data processor for data our customers store in the Reliabilytics platform. Contact: hello@reliabilytics.com.
2. Data we collect
- Contact and account data — name, company, email address and department, when you request demo access, start a trial, book a call or contact us.
- Usage data — pages visited, actions taken and device/browser information, used to operate and improve the service.
- Customer platform data — assets, work orders, documents and related records our customers upload. This is processed on the customer's instructions only.
- Meeting scheduling data — if you book a discovery call, your booking details are processed by Calendly (see “Third parties” below).
3. How we use it
We use personal data to provide and support the service, respond to enquiries, schedule meetings you request, send service communications, and improve the product. Legal bases under UK GDPR: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (running and improving the service), and consent where required (e.g. marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time).
4. Third parties
We use a small number of service providers to run Reliabilytics — including cloud hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery, AI model providers for the AI features you invoke, and Calendly for meeting scheduling. Providers process data only to deliver their service to us, under contracts incorporating appropriate data-protection terms. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses with the receiving provider.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above — for the life of your account plus a reasonable period thereafter, or as required by law. Customer platform data is deleted or returned on termination in line with our Data Processing Addendum.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email hello@reliabilytics.com and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
8. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email.
