Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Reliabilytics Limited ("Reliabilytics", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use our website and platform.

Last updated: 8 July 2026

1. Who we are

Reliabilytics Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16835851). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website, and a data processor for data our customers store in the Reliabilytics platform. Contact: hello@reliabilytics.com.

2. Data we collect

  • Contact and account data — name, company, email address and department, when you request demo access, start a trial, book a call or contact us.
  • Usage data — pages visited, actions taken and device/browser information, used to operate and improve the service.
  • Customer platform data — assets, work orders, documents and related records our customers upload. This is processed on the customer's instructions only.
  • Meeting scheduling data — if you book a discovery call, your booking details are processed by Calendly (see “Third parties” below).

3. How we use it

We use personal data to provide and support the service, respond to enquiries, schedule meetings you request, send service communications, and improve the product. Legal bases under UK GDPR: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (running and improving the service), and consent where required (e.g. marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time).

4. Third parties

We use a small number of service providers to run Reliabilytics — including cloud hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery, AI model providers for the AI features you invoke, Calendly for meeting scheduling, and Google Analytics for site usage measurement (only after you consent — see “Cookies” below). Providers process data only to deliver their service to us, under contracts incorporating appropriate data-protection terms. We do not sell personal data.

5. Cookies

We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't use analytics cookies unless you agree to them. We use:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — set by our authentication provider (Supabase) to keep you signed in. These don't require consent and can't be switched off, as the service can't function without them.
  • Analytics cookies — with your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site (pages viewed and general usage patterns), so we can improve it. This only loads after you accept cookies in the banner; if you reject or ignore it, no analytics cookie is set and no data is sent to Google.
  • Calendly cookies — if you open our booking widget to schedule a call, Calendly loads its own scheduler and sets cookies under its domain to run it. This only happens after you accept cookies in the banner shown on our site; you can also book directly on Calendly's own site instead, which sets no cookies on reliabilytics.com.

You can withdraw or change your cookie choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, which will show the cookie banner again on your next visit.

6. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses with the receiving provider.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above — for the life of your account plus a reasonable period thereafter, or as required by law. Customer platform data is deleted or returned on termination in line with our Data Processing Addendum.

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email hello@reliabilytics.com and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

9. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email.

We use essential cookies to run this site. With your consent, we also load Google Analytics to measure site usage, and Calendly's own cookies if you open our booking widget. See our Cookie Policy for details.
